LUF Projects can only be certified if their identified activity is eligible under an approved Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Impact Quantification methodology.
In the case of LUF, the approved methodologies are: Gold Standard A/R GHG Emissions Reduction & Sequestration Methodology, Gold Standard Agriculture Methodology for Increasing Soil Carbon Through Improved Tillage Practices, Gold Standard Agriculture Smallholder Dairy Methodology, Reducing Methane Emissions from Enteric Fermentation in Dairy Cows through Application of Feed Supplements, and Requirements to apply CDM Methodology “AMS – III AU” for Gold Standard Certification.
