To book a Design Review on the sustainCERT application, you need to logged into the sustainCERT application.


Now to book a Design review, open your project on sustainCERT application.


Please follow the below steps to book the design review:

Scroll down on the Project page and you will find the status of the Design Review as Not Requested

Click on ACTIONS button as shown in the screen below.


ACTIONS will be expanded and below screen will be displayed.


Click on the Calendar icon as shown above. Calendar with dates box will be displayed.


Select the date and click on BOOK DESIGN REVIEW button.


Once the booking has been done for the review, you can always check the ACTIONS pending on your side.

Click on ACTION button on the right side. 

You will see an action "Cancel this review". You have an option to cancel this review also. You can cancel the review until the invoice has been paid.

Once invoice is being paid and  we have allocated a reviewer, review can't be cancelled.


Click on STATUS button above for Design Review to view the current status of the review.

Here you can check the current status of the review which will change automatically once few events are completed.


You can see below review request date, invoice status, uploaded document status and any other message related to review.


Here Document status is shown "Documents complete" since all the mandatory documents are already uploaded.

You can upload more documents here.


It also shows that the previous review is yet to be completed.
