If your project status is incorrect (for example it has Issued and the SC App shows it is Listed), please send us an email at help@sustain-cert.com with the following information.

Project Name
GSID
Current Status on SC App
Actual Status (please send evidence/proof, where possible)

We will get your status changed as quickly as possible.
